What you'll do
Lead large-scale, enterprise-wide programs that are high stakes, high impact, and highly visible across Chime.
Translate ambiguous company priorities into clear program strategies,: milestones, decision paths, and execution plans.
Be self-driven and drive end-to-end ownership of cross-cutting strategic,: cross-functional projects and programs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Proactively identify program risks, dependencies, and changing circumstances,: partnering with stakeholders to mitigate issues before they impact outcomes.
Build influential big picture storylines and communicate these narratives to: build buy-in, adoption and drive results
Partner directly with senior leaders and cross functional teams to drive: accountability, accelerate progress, solve hard scaling initiatives
What they're looking for
- Leverage AI and emerging tools to improve program management workflows,: decision-making, communication, and team effectiveness.
- A Bachelor's Degree, with 8+ years of experience in a strategy, business: operations, program management, and/or consulting role.
- Exceptional ability devising simple, scalable solutions to complex problems,: complemented by outstanding program management skills
- Deep experience in improving cross-functional operations & scaling systems
