What you'll do
Lead, contribute to, and project manage complex operational and strategic: initiatives aimed at meeting the strategic objectives of HelloFresh.
Originate and develop complex projects that will have a positive impact on: our teams, product, customers, suppliers, revenue, and costs.
Work directly with our Senior Management Team, C-Suite, and Global: stakeholders to spearhead innovation projects focused on scaling our operations and expanding the customer offering.
Collaborate with product managers and operations champions to assess initial: feasibility of new products and projects.
Lead or support full operational scoping, monitor implementation, and guide: roadmap planning for new products and projects.
Continuously improve our operational processes and tools used.
What they're looking for
- Liaise with global stakeholders on best practices for implementing projects and market performance.
- Bachelor’s degree or Master's in Business, Supply Chain, or Procurement (or equivalent).
- + years of project management experience, preferably in food or management consulting.
- Mastery of technical skills, with the ability to independently apply project management frameworks and tools.
