What you'll do
Support a team of R&D recruiters with day-to-day scheduling of engineering: and technical interviews across multiple teams and timezones
Manage candidate communications and deliver a high-quality candidate experience to every candidate
Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately tracked and own the creation of new job postings
Have a strong understanding of the ATS to drive data hygiene efforts
Demonstrates independence when managing individual responsibilities
Partner with the Talent Team on process improvements
What they're looking for
- years of professional experience in recruitment coordination or similar recruiting-related role
- Ability to independently problem solve in a fast-paced environment and manage your time effectively
- Experience with at least one applicant tracking system, ideally Greenhouse
- Proficient with Google Applications (Gmail, Calendar and Drive). Experience: with GoodTime scheduling is a major plus
