What they're looking for
- Full-Stack Fluency: You're a full-stack engineer whose strengths lean heavily backend, with hands-on experience in C# and Python , and you're comfortable with JavaScript-based rendering and front-end work when needed.
- High Agency & Bias for Action: You don't wait for permission. If you see a performance bottleneck in the translation flow, you profile it. If the documentation for a new API is missing, you write it . You are comfortable unblocking yourself and your team.
- A "System Thinker" for UI/UX: You understand that a simple UI often hides massive backend complexity. You know how to design systems that handle large document states, manage complex terminology rules (Glossaries), and maintain high performance in the browser.
- Bonus points if you have: experience with visual/image processing models for document analysis, prior work on OCR or document layout understanding, experience integrating with legacy enterprise systems such as SAP, or experience building products for both B2C and enterprise customers.
