What you'll do
Design and build high-performance, customer-facing features end-to-end using: React and Node.js/TypeScript, delivering from concept through production deployment.
Architect and optimize backend APIs both public and internal for throughput,: latency, and reliability at enterprise scale.
Implement and manage caching strategies to minimize response times and reduce: database pressure across our dashboards and API surfaces.
Profile, diagnose, and resolve performance bottlenecks across the full stack: from React rendering and state management to database query optimization and network I/O.
Model and optimize data access patterns across PostgreSQL and MongoDB,: choosing the right datastore and indexing strategy for each workload.
Drive technical improvements to our codebase and architecture, ensuring our: systems are highly reliable, maintainable, and scalable.
What they're looking for
- Collaborate with engineers inside and outside the team to design and deliver: powerful new APIs and features for our enterprise customers.
- Mentor and coach other engineers on sound engineering practices, performance discipline, and testing.
- Work closely with your team, the Product Manager, and the Product Designer to: define the look, feel, and functionality of new features and review customer feedback.
- Participate in the team's on-call rotation to ensure we offer our customers: the best availability for our services.
