Redwood is localizing a global battery supply chain that seamlessly integrates recovery, reuse, and recycling — keeping critical minerals in circulation and driving the energy transition. Founded in 2017, we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.
What you'll do
Own features end-to-end: design, build, test, deploy, and operate in production
Write clean, tested Python and React code and participate in code reviews
Design and build APIs and integrations between systems
Work with domain experts and stakeholders to understand business processes and turn them into working software
Contribute to technical design decisions
Navigate a fast-moving environment where requirements change often and: ambiguity is normal prioritize effectively and adapt without waiting for perfect information
What they're looking for
- Debug and resolve production issues; monitor and improve system reliability
- Collaborate remotely with team and stakeholders; periodic on-site travel (~1: week/quarter) for planning and stakeholder engagement
- + years software engineering experience
- Strong Python skills; production React experience
