The opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join Remote as a Solutions Consultant specializing in Global Payroll , and to make a meaningful impact in the evolving global employment landscape as part of our Go-To-Market Solutions Consulting team.
What you'll do
Deep understanding of payroll service models, including multi-country and: multi-state payroll processing, compliance requirements, tax filings, wage and hour regulations, and employee onboarding/offboarding.
Demonstrated experience consulting on global payroll processes, with a proven: ability to apply consultative techniques to uncover client needs, foster strong relationships, and deliver strategic recommendations.
Strong sales acumen with a solid understanding of sales processes and cycles,: ideally in a SaaS or tech-enabled service environment.
Excellent storytelling and communication skills—you can simplify and convey: complex payroll concepts in a way that resonates with both HR and executive audiences.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn, demonstrate, and analyze software solutions quickly.
Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive: collaboration in a distributed team environment.

- Ideally minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Professional certifications such as FPC, CPP, or relevant HR/payroll: credentials (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a strong plus.
- Knowledge or familiarity with competitive payroll products and payroll: industry landscape is considered a strong plus.
