The opportunity
Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Senior Specialist, Process Improvement to join our Authorization Services Process Improvement team.
What you'll do
With support from leadership, help identify risks; respond to and resolve: issues/errors/escalations through investigation to inform insights for short/medium/long-term technology-enabled processes and solutions
Coordinate projects and processes to help ensure you meet important milestones and service levels
Partner with leadership to strategize arrangements aimed at lowering overall cost or improving outcomes
Work with all relevant team member groups to provide support and insight in: formulating proactive implementation, communications, and program strategies for successful change management and risk mitigation programs
Maintain relationships with a variety of teams to achieve results for essential programs
Translate data analysis into synthesized, visually appealing insights and conclusions

- Provide analytical support to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and: prioritize projects based on team or organizational opportunities, growth targets and trends
- Support implementing process improvement projects and mindset shifts, to: improve operational efficiency and achieve performance targets
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
