What you'll do
Lead a growing team of engineers and TLMs to build Waymo’s Driver Setup and Validation systems.
Design and implement core business logic determining validation data: collection needs, resource and shift planning, automated vehicle and driver assignments, and routing for scouting missions.
Design and implement robust full-stack systems and tools that support Waymo’s: validation workflows, mapping operations, and Autonomous Specialist mileage collection.
Collaborate closely with Product Management, Operations, Data Science, and: other stakeholders to solve critical business needs and ensure the Waymo Driver is safe and capable before commercial launch.
BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
