What you'll do

• Own cross-functional coordination between the program and internal support: groups (production, platform tooling), shifting the team from reactive to proactive interfacing

• Establish and maintain configuration management practices that enable rapid: iteration without sacrificing rigor

• Lead requirements generation, analysis, and verification: finding the middle ground between structure and speed, with strong justification for any technical adjustments

• Drive qualification testing, design-build-test (DBT), integration: verification, and acceptance testing activities

• Perform root cause and corrective action analysis for issues found during: integration and test; adjust manufacturing test procedures as needed

• Maintain vehicle architecture documentation, interface definitions, and: traceability across the product lifecycle

What they're looking for

• Work across business lines and product teams to build consensus, minimize: silos, and align on shared objectives
• Support sea operations, strategic technical planning, risk management, and proposal efforts as needed
• + years in systems engineering, integration & test, or platform architecture
• Electromechanical hardware experience; able to troubleshoot across: mechanical, electrical, and software boundaries
