What you'll do
Define and lead the product strategy for the verification platform,: sequencing compliance obligations, platform modernisation, and merchant experience improvements with clear intent
Own the regulatory surface across multiple markets: monitoring evolving KYC/KYB, AML, and eIDAS requirements and converting them into structured, buildable scope before they become blockers
Make the hard calls where UX and backend decisions conflict, holding: coherence across the full product surface and owning the outcome when trade-offs are required
Run lean, autonomous discovery: synthesising user research, data signals, and regulatory guidance into decision-ready artefacts independently
Co-lead the squad alongside a strong Engineering Manager, driving platform: modernisation and reducing technical debt deliberately
