What you'll do
Drive complex, multi-disciplinary, and highly visible transformation &: operational programs in service of our team’s mission to deliver honest financial products that improve lives
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the: company to drive alignment on strategy, priorities, and key decisions.
Implement lean processes and drive towards better ways of working to realize: value from planning, ask questions that clarify priorities and push the team to be effective, and build a culture of continuous iteration and improvement
Establish and run data-driven operational frameworks to view portfolio: performance against OKRs, accelerate value realization by enabling right investment decisions, influence and train teams on more effective ways of working, and create excitement around change to increase adoption
Develop communication strategies to ensure critical information flows seamlessly across the organization
Partner with cross-functional teams to plan change requirements, identify: risks, manage dependencies, and establish tools and forums to drive clarity and efficiency
What they're looking for
- Identify and distill needs, experiment with new ideas to address systemic: inefficiencies and bring transparency, visibility, alignment, and promote accountability across the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- years of proven experience managing programs, processes, and change: management in a technology-focused environment
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes
