What you'll do
Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and technical leaders to define: ideal candidate profiles, align on sourcing strategies, and refine requirements as searches evolve.
Build and execute precision-targeted searches across Engineering roles.
Craft personalized, thoughtful outreach to engage even the most passive and competitive technical talent.
Act as the primary top-of-funnel owner—from research and mapping through: initial engagement and qualification—ensuring a positive, high-signal candidate experience.
Leverage creative, non-traditional sourcing channels to uncover undervalued or hard-to-find talent.
Track pipeline data, funnel health, and sourcing impact with rigor;: proactively surface insights, trends, and blockers.
What they're looking for
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Recruiting Operations, People Analytics,: and Engineering partners to improve processes, implement new tools, and raise the bar for technical sourcing.
- Support specialized searches by identifying successors, building market maps,: and maintaining calibrated slates for senior engineering roles.
- + years of technical sourcing experience with a proven track record in: Robotics, AI/ML, Autonomy, or deeply technical engineering domains.
- Demonstrated success engaging and converting high-caliber passive talent in competitive markets.
