What you'll do
Design, develop, edit, and deliver accurate and effective developer documentation for Okta products.
Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, QA, Support, and members: of the Information Development team to ensure quality and accuracy of content.
Follow our documentation guidelines to produce high quality documentation.
Prioritize projects when working with multiple engineering teams.
Collaborate with developers to review API documentation.
Analyze customer feedback before and after delivering documentation to: enhance content depth, quality, and relevance.
What they're looking for
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience writing documentation for Cloud or Enterprise products.
- Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Technical Writing is preferred.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
