You’ve designed for scale, governance and collaboration across teams including permissions, environments, observability and failure modes included and you’re comfortable making deeply complex systems feel coherent and simple.

Growth : We're seeking a designer who thrives on rapid iteration and: experimentation. You have experience optimizing onboarding and activation flows, you're motivated by moving metrics, and you excel at testing, learning, and iterating quickly.

- Marketplace: This role is ideal for designers experienced with multi-sided: platforms (like e-commerce or talent marketplaces) where you balance distinct needs of the supply and demand sides. You'll build something new from the ground up in a brand new team.
