What you'll do
Supervise that all orders are picked up on time.
Manage store openings and closures
Communicate with our riders to make sure deliveries are made promptly.
Manage the shipping area and support the packaging of delivery orders to be sent to our customers.
Ensure that all deliveries are scanned and that any appropriate complaints are recorded.
Empty deliveries according to the procedure, paying attention to the accuracy: of the positions of the products and the rotation of the dates.
What they're looking for
- Ensure that inventory counts are accurate and that all areas are counted.
- Collaborate with our Assistant Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Manager to: ensure the proper functioning of the site.
- Ensure that the warehouse remains clean and tidy at all times and that any hazards are addressed promptly.
- Fluent Italian (mandatory) + basic English (nice to have)
