What you'll do
Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close new SMB merchant partnerships across the UK market.
Build and manage a healthy, high-volume pipeline, consistently meeting and: exceeding monthly and quarterly quota.
Run consultative conversations with founders, owners, and decision-makers,: tailoring Affirm's value proposition to each merchant's goals.
Drive merchant activation and early adoption, partnering with onboarding and: account management teams to ensure a smooth launch.
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity data in the CRM.
Act as a voice of the UK SMB market internally, sharing feedback with: Product, Marketing, and Partnerships to improve our offering.
What they're looking for
- + years of consultative, quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in fintech,: SaaS, payments, or retail technology.
- + years of experience selling into the UK market, with a strong understanding of the SMB merchant landscape.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
