What you'll do
Build and extend smart contract functionality for minting, burning, and: safeguarding custom stablecoin supply, working closely with senior engineers on design and security review.
Implement backend services that power onboarding, issuance, reserve accounting, and rewards distribution.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to turn the: stablecoin roadmap into shipped features every quarter.
Develop reporting, monitoring, and internal tooling that improve reliability: and operational excellence for the team.
Write high-quality, well-tested code across both backend and smart contract surfaces.
+ years of experience building and maintaining production backend services.
What they're looking for
- Exposure to writing, testing, or deploying smart contracts (Solidity or: similar EVM languages), or demonstrated ability to ramp quickly in new technical domains with mentorship.
- Comfort working within a service-oriented architecture and contributing to established systems at scale.
- Familiarity with Golang and blockchain fundamentals (Ethereum or similar EVM chains).
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver: business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
