What you'll do
Build end-to-end user-facing features using Golang, React, and cloud: technologies for CX compliance agent platforms
Lead assessment, selection, and implementation of third-party tools and: vendor integrations that extend platform capabilities
Drive cross-functional outcomes on complex problems in collaboration with: product, design, security, data, and peer engineering teams
Own technical architecture decisions and implement scalable, high-traffic: services across event-driven and distributed systems
Mentor engineers on design techniques, coding standards, testing practices, and deployment processes
+ years of production software engineering experience building large-scale: systems with Golang, React, and cloud technologies (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform)
What they're looking for
- Demonstrated experience integrating third-party vendor APIs and SaaS platforms into production systems
- Proficiency in distributed systems patterns including rate limiters, caching,: load balancing, circuit breakers, and event-driven architectures (Kafka, message queues)
- Hands-on experience with observability and reliability tooling including: metrics, logging, tracing, and debugging in production environments
- Working knowledge of gRPC, GraphQL, SQL or NoSQL databases, and ETL pipelines
