What you'll do
Minimum 2 years (ideally targeted around 2 to around 4 years) of full-stack: development experience. While our primary focus is on the back-end, we own our features end-to-end and regularly deliver front-end experiences
Strong understanding of design, data structures, and algorithms
A self-starter with great communication and organizational skills who has worked in a team environment before
Willingness to learn the technologies required to deliver what customers need
Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
Prior experience building software at scale, handling high volumes of data and traffic
What they're looking for
- Prior experience with Python, Snowflake, ClickHouse, microservice architecture, and distributed systems
- Familiarity with modern data warehousing, BI, and analytics
- Prior internships or work experience at a high quality tech companies
- Competitive compensation that may include equity
