What you'll do
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks by analyzing system metrics,: database queries, and cloud resource usage before they impact users.
Build and maintain the internal developer platform, including the self-service tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Operate and secure the production Kubernetes clusters that run our customer-facing website, managed as code.
Partner with application teams to optimize slow SQL queries and manage database schema changes safely.
Investigate infrastructure requests to understand the real underlying need: and propose better long-term solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a STEM discipline.
What they're looking for
- + years of professional experience with networking or infrastructure projects.
- + years of professional experience programming in Python, Go, or a similar: language used in infrastructure and platform work.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with Kubernetes in multi-region or large-scale environments.
