What you'll do
Partner with Success leaders to identify high impact areas that could benefit from AI or automation
Prioritize opportunities based on efficiency gains and impact
Translate ambiguous ideas into clear program roadmaps with defined outcomes and milestones
Build AI-powered prototypes and workflows using Claude, LLMs, and modern AI: development platforms to rapidly validate business solutions.
Design and connect AI systems using APIs, MCPs, automation platforms, and: internal data sources to create intelligent, end-to-end workflows.
Understand how to integrate AI solutions with existing systems, collaborating: with engineering teams when production-grade implementations are needed.
What they're looking for
- Develop effective prompts, skills, agents, and retrieval workflows that: improve the quality, reliability, and usefulness of AI-generated outputs.
- Evaluate and iterate on AI solutions using user feedback, business outcomes,: and emerging best practices to drive adoption and impact.
- Create clear documentation, implementation guides, and best practices that: enable teams to effectively build and adopt AI solutions.
- Lead enablement sessions, workshops, and office hours to grow AI fluency and: help teams build effective prompts, skills, agents, and workflows.
