What you'll do
Create maps for existing billing processes, plan, perform and implement: process improvement initiatives for billing activities
Organize, lead and facilitate team members across the organization, including: sales, account managers and the finance operations BPO support team on freight billing processes
Develop and track metrics to provide data for process measurement while: identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
Ensure new shippers are on-boarded correctly from an AR perspective
Manage and lead all on-boarding calls for new shippers, specifically related to AR and invoicing methods
Deliver presentations and training to team members and management around: current billing processes and problems
What they're looking for
- Provide top-notch customer service to all Uber Freight customers, and: provided an Uber Quality product on a daily basis
- Manage a subset of customers & ensure that invoices are sent, received and: there are no issues in the end-to-end process
- Evaluate, map, and re-engineer end-to-end billing, invoicing, and Accounts: Receivable (AR) workflows across legacy and primary enterprise systems to minimize manual touchpoints and increase automated throughput.
- Partner with technical teams on enterprise platform migrations, leading: Hypercare monitoring, risk mitigation, and cross-functional alignment to safeguard revenue cycles.
