What you'll do
Research, identify, and engage senior engineering and technical: leadership—managers through executives—across multiple disciplines
Use a wide range of sourcing strategies, including advanced research,: org-level talent mapping, referrals and network development, AI-assisted automation, and creative outreach, to build credible slates for hard-to-fill leadership roles
Partner with Leadership Recruiters and executives to deeply understand the: charter behind each role and calibrate profiles with accuracy and nuance—including pushing back when the market says the scope or level is mis-specified
Run discreet, peer-level outreach that earns a reply from leaders who aren't: looking, with the discretion confidential searches require
Track and analyze pipeline data—coverage against the map, response and: conversion by segment, pass reasons—to drive continuous optimization of the search
Operate with agility, adapting quickly to shifting priorities, confidential searches, and changing team needs
