What you'll do

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,: Manufacturing Engineering, or related engineering discipline.

  • + years of experience supporting electric vehicle powertrain systems,: including one or more of the following: High Voltage Battery Packs, Drive Units, Charging Systems, High Voltage Distribution, and Thermal Systems.

  • Strong technical understanding of EV powertrain architecture, diagnostics, and system interactions.

  • Demonstrated experience performing root cause analysis and solving complex: technical problems using engineering fundamentals.

  • Ability to analyze diagnostic data, vehicle logs, fault codes, and field: performance metrics to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, quality, manufacturing, service, and supplier teams.
