What you'll do

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,: Manufacturing Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related STEM discipline.

  • + years of experience in Automotive Field Quality, Product Quality,: Reliability Engineering, Warranty Engineering, Diagnostics Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, Vehicle Integration, Service Engineering, or related technical disciplines.

  • Strong understanding of vehicle systems, including powertrain, electrical: systems, high-voltage systems, thermal systems, chassis, body, infotainment, and software-enabled vehicle functions.

  • Hands-on experience performing vehicle investigations, issue replication,: diagnostics, validation, and technical problem solving.

  • Experience investigating complex vehicle issues and performing structured root cause analysis.

  • Ability to interpret diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs), service logs, vehicle: logs, telemetry data, warranty information, and manufacturing data.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing,: Quality, Service, Program Management, Operations, and Supplier-facing teams.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing operations, launch activities, production: readiness, or fast-paced production environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate: technical findings into clear problem statements, risk assessments, and action plans.
