What you'll do
Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance,: training, and support as needed. Supervise maintenance team members during the maintenance activities and interface with production and maintenance Engineers to improve the maintenance process in the Stamping shop
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
Conduct regular inspections of machinery, identifying any issues or potential: problems and implementing corrective actions.
Coordinate with production and engineering teams to schedule: maintenance/improvement activities and minimize disruption to production schedules.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and inventory.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols, promoting a culture: of safety within the maintenance department.
