What you'll do
Lead, assign, and supervise electrical, mechanical, and automation technicians across shifts.
Ensure maintenance activities are executed safely, efficiently, and as per priority.
Coach and mentor technicians to improve technical capability and problem-solving skills.
Manage shift handovers, workload balancing, and on-call response.
Coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities across all paint shop assets.
Act as first escalation point during major breakdowns and ensure fast, structured recovery.
What they're looking for
- Ensure effective coordination between mechanical, electrical, and automation disciplines.
- Support commissioning, upgrades, and modifications of paint shop equipment.
- Provide hands-on technical support for complex mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
- Guide root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure robust corrective and preventive actions.
