What you'll do
Reimagine how users explore data using natural language and AI assistance
Design interactions that make AI-generated insights transparent and trustworthy
Create experiences that move from exploration → validation → action in minutes
Enable collaboration between data engineers, analysts, and business leaders
Help define new design patterns for AI-native enterprise software
Influence long-term AI/BI strategy, contributing to how Databricks: differentiates in the modern analytics landscape.
What they're looking for
- + years of product design work experience.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent, with specialization in HCI, Interaction: Design, graphic design, computer science, or related disciplines.
- You’re comfortable talking to strategic customers in key decision-making positions.
- Experience shipping great digital products. We strongly believe that a: designer’s involvement never stops. You should be comfortable overseeing and impacting the entire process from idea to GA.
