What you'll do
Develop and execute weekly build plans, balancing demand signals with: production constraints andcommercial considerations
Performdaily activities that support order-to-delivery execution, including: order matching, management of the 8-week build plan, and vehicle allocation visibility
Support testing and trainingof new build planning initiatives, along with: releasing stakeholder communications.
Partner with Go-to-Market, Product Marketing, Engineering, IT, Production,: and operational stakeholders to support new model year, trim, package, and option launches, ensuring operational systems, configuration codes, UAT testing, documentation, and internal communications are ready prior to launch.
Attend and contribute to recurring S&OP, Vehicle Programs, and Supply Chain: forums to assessimpact to build plan
Use analytical insights and evolving customer demand patterns to recommend: build configurationsandmanage dynamic build plan inputs
What they're looking for
- Document end-to-end processes,maintainlaunch and process readiness materials,: and ensure relevant stakeholders are aligned on process changes, system enhancements, and operational dependencies.
- Identifyand drive process improvements and system enhancement opportunities: that improve order matching, inventory visibility, launch execution, reporting quality, and cross-functional operating rhythm.
- Provide clear status updates, risks, recommendations, and decision points to: internal and external stakeholders, including Leadership and cross-functional operational partners.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs across Sales, Delivery,: Product, IT, Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Analytics, Fleet, and Leadership stakeholders.
