What you'll do
Administer all aspects of the company's equity incentive plans, including: stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), and employee stock purchase plans (ESPP), ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders: on equity-related inquiries, providing clear guidance on vesting schedules, tax implications, and exercise processes
Collaborate with finance, legal, payroll, and human resource teams to process: equity grants, terminations, and transfers, while maintaining accurate records in equity management systems
Prepare and distribute equity-related reports and communications
Ensure compliance with SEC regulations, IRS guidelines, and international tax: requirements for global employees, while staying abreast of evolving stock plan legislation
Bachelors’ degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or other business field
What they're looking for
- + years of stock administration or equity compensation experience
- Certified Equity Professional credential (CEP) or ability to achieve designation within two years after hire
- Public company experience
- Broad experience with a range of equity compensation instruments and plans,: including stock options, RSUs, ESPP, tender offers etc.
