What you'll do
Responsible for customer retention, growth and contract management for one or: multiple accounts with varying levels of complexity
Can work independently but will require some support from Leadership and peers
Solid communicator across all levels; conducts weekly, monthly, and quarterly: business reviews, ideation sessions, and other client facing business meetings or virtual sessions as appropriate
Serve as primary liaison on behalf of assigned customers represented with: Uber Freight departments and other job functions
Financial ownership and budgeting of customer revenue
Assist customers with freight cost forecasting and budgeting as appropriate

- Maintain timely and accurate customer information in CRM tools
- Interprets supply chain data to drive actionable insights and improvements
- Travel to customer locations as needed, up to 30% of the time
