What you'll do

  • Lead supplier industrialization activities for assigned wiring harness: suppliers, ensuring manufacturing readiness, quality performance, capacity planning, and successful launch execution.

  • Drive APQP, PPAP, process validation, manufacturing audits, and supplier: development activities while supporting continuous improvement and risk mitigation initiatives.

  • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to: resolve technical issues, improve manufacturability, and ensure compliance with product and process requirements.

  • Support supplier issue resolution, root cause investigations, corrective: actions, and production launch activities to enable flawless execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,: Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

  • + years of experience in automotive engineering, manufacturing, supplier: quality, supplier industrialization, or related disciplines.

What they're looking for

  • + years of direct experience supporting wiring harnesses, HV cables, power: distribution systems, electromechanical assemblies, or similar automotive components.
  • Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, and AIAG Core Tools.
  • Working knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA requirements, ISO standards, and applicable USCAR specifications.
  • Experience conducting supplier process audits, manufacturing assessments, and launch readiness reviews.
