What you'll do
Partner with the Governance, Risk, and Compliance team as its dedicated Technical Program Manager
Lead the integrated IL4 roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and execution cadence
Connect with stakeholders through expert communication and diplomacy to: maintain alignment and encourage collaboration
Establish and maintain a program operating cadence: roadmap, governance forums, decision log, risk/issue register, communications plan, and executive reporting
Build automations and AI agents to handle routine program administration at scale
Utilize AI platforms to consolidate diverse project streams into unified: roadmaps, generating initial metrics, status updates, and executive reporting dashboards
What they're looking for
- Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities by identifying tradeoffs early,: applying risk-based judgment, and balancing long-term compliance objectives with urgent security needs
- + years of experience in technical program management, with a track record of continuous improvement
- Experience in cybersecurity or security program management in a technical, fast-moving environment
- BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security or related field or equivalent experience
