What you'll do

  • Drive outcomes for large strategic technical programs in Product/Tech: Integrations & Tooling Domains that span multiple organizations. Set up short/long term goals and priorities and drive delivery on projects and OKRs.

  • Drive excellence and transformative improvements in integrations, tooling: health and access management processes and solutions through simplification, standardization, and automation. Build internal tools and dashboards to monitor programs health and efficiency.

  • Manage cross-project technical and operational dependencies and: organizational launch review processes for major product, pipeline, and policy updates.

  • Drive technical decision-making by interpreting data and trade-offs to: provide solutions that balance long-term vision with operational needs.

  • Act as the principal "go-to" authority and key link between engineering: development and operational integration, proactively identifying solutions for complex operational challenges and risks.

  • Mentor a high-performing team of Technical Specialists and Program Managers,: fostering a culture of "quality-first" in a high-velocity environment.

What they're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in technical, or business discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • + years of experience and proven ability to manage complex technical programs: / tech-enabled operations, and work across cross-functional partners to drive outcomes.
  • + years of people management experience.
  • Ability to translate operational constraints into technical requirements,: quickly master new tools and technologies, and implement new concepts to resolve technical and operational roadblocks.
