• Identify stakeholders and drive alignment, including dependency identification and tracking
• Partner with SIRT during active P0 incidents to coordinate communications and: stakeholders, then drive postmortem action items and resulting risk-mitigation work to completion
• Manage change to scope, timeline, key results/outcomes and budget
• Maintain a project management framework using milestones, communication: plans, decision logs, issues, risks, etc.
