What you'll do
Define and drive the technical direction for Android experiences across: high-impact product areas, building intuitive, elegant, and reliable mobile systems using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and modern Android APIs.
Lead complex, ambiguous initiatives end to end—from early product and: technical strategy through architecture, implementation, experimentation, launch, and long-term evolution.
Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, and Data: Scientists to shape roadmaps, influence product decisions, and deliver solutions that create meaningful customer and business impact.
Establish and uphold engineering standards, architecture patterns, and: development practices thatimprove quality, scalability, maintainability, and developer velocity across the team.
Act as a technical leader and multiplier by mentoring engineers, driving: design reviews, unblocking critical decisions, and raising the overall bar for execution, craftsmanship, and collaboration.
