What you'll do

• Identify, evaluate, and manage global suppliers for key components used in PCBA and ECU manufacturing.

• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with suppliers while maintaining a: focus on cost competitiveness and quality.

• Develop long-term relationships with key suppliers, ensuring alignment with: company goals and strategic initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to understand the: requirements for key components in PCBA and ECU designs.

• Provide technical expertise to assess the manufacturability, quality, and: cost-effectiveness of key components.

• Work with engineering teams to ensure key component designs are optimized for: manufacturing and meet product performance requirements.

What they're looking for

• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cost, enhance quality, and improve supplier performance.
• Create RFQs, review, analyze, and clarify quotations from suppliers and: develop sound sourcing and business recommendations balancing cost, quality, lead-time and technical considerations
• Thoroughly negotiate favorable contracts including parts pricing, tooling: costs and Engineering Services (NRE / EDT), NDAs, MSAs.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify potential suppliers, industry: trends, and emerging technologies in key components.
