Designing and shipping end-to-end AI agents that handle real logistics: work—customs compliance, document processing, exception management, and more
Crossing organizational boundaries to understand problems deeply, align: stakeholders, and get things done without waiting for permission
Moving fast from idea to production, treating every deployment as a learning opportunity
Working directly with operators, domain experts, and leadership to turn: ambiguous problems into shipped solutions
