What you'll do
Lead the collection stack end to end: browser tag, mobile SDKs, server-side endpoints, and the ingest path behind them
Define the schema and versioning contract, including compatibility across SDK versions already in the field
Lead identity handling that spans anonymous and authenticated records, across devices and sessions
Lead integrations with other CustomerLake products like Profile & Campaign Agents
Hold hard budgets on page weight, latency, and failure behavior, so that: collection never degrades the host application
Partner closely with product management, design, and other engineering teams: to build intuitive, scalable, and extensible solutions that drive user & business growth
What they're looking for
- + years of engineering experience, including time as a tech lead, or leading: other tech leads, on complex enterprise software projects
- Ownership of an SDK or client library consumed by external developers, including native iOS and Android
- Deep browser-side JavaScript experience: bundle size, async loading, CSP, storage and cookie restrictions, tracking prevention
- High-throughput server-side collection: edge endpoints, batching, retries, and delivery guarantees
