The opportunity

As a Staff Engineer in our Supply Chain Management organization, you will be responsible for defining, securing, and implementing technical solutions for business problems. You will play a critical role as our systems scale to handle a jump from 1.

What you'll do

  • Assume technical leadership within a tribe and own the most challenging tech: decisions, including architecture, design, development, deployment, and operational excellence.

  • Support the teams in the architectural design and help to maintain: architectural integrity in the scope of the tribe and beyond.

  • Spend a significant portion of your time orchestrating code: generation—guiding AI coding agents, rigorously reviewing their implementations, and refining logic based on organization needs.

  • Solve software problems that have visible risks, roadblocks, and constraints.: You will navigate an environment that is approximately 70% greenfield development and 30% legacy systems , managing dependencies, data quality, compliance, and architectural transformations.

  • Mentor more junior engineers by fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

  • Ideally, 10+ years of engineering experience, including 2+ years in a: staff/principal level capacity and technical leadership.

  • Strong capability in working with different stakeholders and experience: addressing physical world problems with software solutions.
  • Full-Stack & Agentic Engineering: Deep problem-solving skills and full-stack proficiency (e.g., C#, Python, Golang, and modern frontend technologies). You bring hands-on experience leveraging AI coding agents (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) in production, moving beyond basic prompting to master context engineering, workflow decomposition, and the implementation of strict guardrails for reliable agent outputs.
  • Experience with data engineering fundamentals is highly desirable, including: expertise in data modeling, governance, quality assurance, and proficiency in data processing and storage systems.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing modular systems, including: proficiency in synchronous/asynchronous communication.
