What you'll do

  • Serve as a senior technical expert for enterprise Windows and VMware infrastructure projects.

  • Deploy, configure, administer, and troubleshoot VMware vSphere 8, ESXi hosts,: vCenter Server, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Entra ID (Azure AD).

  • Design and support highly available virtualization platforms and Windows-based infrastructure services.

  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for infrastructure,: performance, and availability issues.

  • Automate operational tasks and infrastructure management using PowerShell.

  • Support enterprise services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file: services, print services, Microsoft 365, and identity services.

What they're looking for

  • VMware Horizon administration and support experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft clustering, failover technologies, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Experience with enterprise backup and recovery platforms.
  • Experience with storage platforms supporting VMware environments.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform.
  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification preferred.
  • Microsoft certifications related to Windows Server, Active Directory, or Azure preferred.
