What you'll do
Act as the primary point of contact with accounts and fully own your assigned: book of business from contract signature through onboarding, day-to-day management, and long-term growth
Build strong stakeholder relationships, understand their needs, set clear: expectations, and identify new revenue opportunities
Collect customer feedback and work to improve or fix pain points internally: to improve Starlink’s products, technology, and processes
Track readiness, risks, schedules, and payments for your accounts and: communicate clearly to hit revenue targets on time
Become a subject matter expert within the team to help shape strategy for: your assigned region and create process or system improvements that help the team scale
Proactively monitor overall account health, including payments, product: performance, support issues, contract compliance, and relationship quality
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; OR high school: diploma/equivalency certificate and 6+ years of professional business development, operations, engineering, or account management experience
- + years of consulting or project management experience
- + years of experience working with customers to support a technical product/service
- Experience managing several complex projects at the same time and delivering them under tight deadlines
