• Structure the financing options and instruments: LCs, inventory financing, trade finance - to bridge the cash and working capital needs identified by the S&OP plan and operating budget.
• Structure letters of credit, bank guarantees, and other trade finance: instruments needed to support supply chain commitments and customer contracts.
• Support the VP of Finance and CEO in preparing materials for equity and debt: raises — financial models, data rooms, and investor presentations.
• Model capital structure scenarios (equity, venture debt, project finance) to: inform fundraising strategy, timing, and cash runway, and support cap table and ownership-scenario analysis.
