- Minimum 10 years of experience inside the security industry: partnerships, BD, alliances, product partnerships, or comparable. This is the single most important requirement. We need someone who can operate independently in the security ecosystem from day one, not learn it on the job.
- Deep ecosystem familiarity across SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, identity,: cloud/workload security, GRC, or AI-native security startups.
- Track record landing complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships: integration deals, ecosystem programs, or major vendor partnerships in security specifically.
- Entrepreneurial operating style.
