We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to join our Procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to improve our cost structure, the quality of our products, and the reliability of our supply chain.

• Execute proactive risk management and supply continuity strategies across: assigned suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Hold suppliers accountable through established performance metrics, service: level agreements, and corrective action programs.
• Proactively manage and resolve day-to-day operational, quality and supply conflicts as they arise.
• Drive iterations and continuous improvement of sourcing processes, supplier: onboarding frameworks, and category management guidelines of a team level.
