What you'll do
Manage the day-to-day and long-term activities/priorities of the EHS technician team
Ensure a collaborative relationship with the technicians and other EHS/SpaceX teams
Coordinate employee schedules, work assignments, timekeeping requirements
Provide instructional guidance with regards to job assignments, correct: procedures, and applicable techniques to perform specific skills; ensure accuracy and completion
Coordinate with site leadership to ensure appropriate EHS team involvement in: department development/modification plans and procedure development
Ensure technicians are completing all required tasks thoroughly and on time
