What you'll do
Take on hand inventories, and place orders for all concept areas of Culinary food services
Receive and check in deliveries from vendors daily
Set and enforce standards of ordering and receiving operations
Maintain accurate inventory of product for all departmental areas
Creating awareness with Kitchen teams regarding inaccuracies with product delivery
Work with culinary team to ensure best product/vendor selection
What they're looking for
- Monitor and track department spending by vendor
- Reconcile invoicing, and submit purchase orders for food and equipment vendors
- Satisfy interdepartmental requests thorough our internal request system
- Manage porters for site support, food deliveries, and the cleanliness of surrounding areas
