What you'll do
Manage the end-to-end purchase order process for your assigned supplier: portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Coordinate daily with suppliers, Production, and internal stakeholders to: resolve shortages, quality issues, and delivery deviations.
Monitor and improve supplier performance by tracking KPIs such as OTIFIQ,: error rates, and adherence to standards.
Support weekly operational planning by validating forecasts, assessing risks,: and proposing mitigation strategies.
Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen supply chain: efficiency and prevent recurring issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure ingredient availability for: upcoming menus and promotional volumes.

- Experience in supply planning, procurement, logistics, or a similar operational role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or other data tools.
