What you'll do
Manages expendable and nonexpendable supplies, including requisitioning,: stock control, delivery, warehousing, and inventory tracking.
Analyzes usage trends, seasonal demands, pricing, and program requirements to: determine appropriate stock levels and replenishment schedules.
Establishes and maintains minimum stock levels to prevent work stoppages and: ensure proper rotation and timely use of inventory, including perishable and high-value items.
Ensures proper storage, labeling, and security of all materials in compliance: with safety standards and theft prevention protocols.
Maintains Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all chemical products in inventory.
Performs routine pickup, delivery, and distribution of supplies, amenities,: and equipment to designated work centers.

- Identifies, salvages, and disposes of obsolete or damaged supplies and: equipment in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
- Maintains accurate records and documentation for nonexpendable property and: supports government-mandated property accountability requirements.
- Oversee warehousing operations in accordance with established safety protocols and supply chain standards.
- Maintains an organized and up-to-date cataloging system for inventory,: reference materials, parts descriptions, and specifications to ensure efficient retrieval.
